When you choose Swale Landscaping, you deal directly with me Terry, from the very first visit right through to the final sweep‑up. I personally come out to meet every customer, take accurate measurements, listen to your ideas, and offer my own professional suggestions based on experience, practicality, and budget.
Once your quote is sent and you confirm you’d like to go ahead, I return for a second site visit. This is where we go through samples, finalise the design, agree timelines, and get your project booked into the diary. Nothing is rushed, nothing is left vague - everything is clear and agreed upfront.
When the work begins, I’m on site every day. Not just popping in occasionally or leaving things to employees. I believe the best results come from being hands‑on, present, and fully involved. By this stage, we’ve usually built a strong working relationship, and I make sure the project is delivered exactly as promised.
